1. The TikTok phone app

2. TikTok on desktop
Uploading from a computer at tiktok.com skips any phone-side processing and makes it easy to post the exact file your editor exported. 3. Sharing straight from CapCut

4. Schedulers and third-party posting tools
Many schedulers re-process your video before handing it to TikTok, and some cap the resolution or bitrate. If you use one, check what it serves afterwards with the video check.
