This Refund Policy explains when purchases from Haze Method ("Haze", "we", "us") can and cannot be refunded. It is part of our Terms of Service. You agree to it each time you tick the consent box before a purchase.
This policy covers every purchase made through hazemethod.xyz or the Haze Discord bot, including:
Credits and Premium are digital goods that are delivered to your account immediately after payment. Because of that, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the situations listed in Section 5 or where applicable law requires a refund.
By ticking the consent box at checkout, you ask us to deliver your purchase immediately, and you acknowledge that, where the law allows it, you give up any statutory right to withdraw from the purchase once it has been delivered.
Forgetting to cancel a subscription or free trial, or not using the Service after a renewal, is not grounds for a refund. It is your responsibility to cancel before the next billing date if you no longer want the subscription.

We will refund to your original payment method. If you prefer, we can instead add the equivalent credits or Premium days to your account.
We may also grant a refund in other cases at our sole discretion. Doing so once does not oblige us to do it again.
GCash and cryptocurrency payments are reviewed and processed manually.

We reply within 3 business days. Once a refund is approved, it usually arrives within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. Most problems are solved faster that way. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may lead to suspension of your account and loss of remaining credits and perks, as described in Section 5 of the Terms.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement. If the law where you live gives you a right to a refund that this policy does not, that right applies.
We may update this policy. When we do, we change the "Last Updated" date above. The version you accepted at checkout applies to that purchase. Any later purchase is covered by the policy in effect at that time.
